Conditions for reservation

In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to provide your Credit Card number (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard).
Cancellation In case of cancellation or changes up to 10 days before your arrival, we will not charge your card. For late cancellations or changes, we will charge the fees of the first night on your card. In the case that you don’t show up we will charge the totality of the stay.
Prepayment We do not ask for prepayments.
VAT, local taxes and service charges VAT in included. Service charges are included. Local taxes amount to 1.15 € per day per person.
Terms of payment We accept cheques, cash payments, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
Mediator After having notified the customer service and failing a positive answer within 1 month, the customer may refer the complaint to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details are given below:
