TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to provide your Credit Card number (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard).
Cancellation In case of cancellation or changes up to 10 days before your arrival, we will not charge your card. For late cancellations or changes, we will charge the fees of the first night on your card. In the case that you don’t show up we will charge the totality of the stay.
Check-in and check-out You are welcome to check in at our reception between 16:00 and 19:00. On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room by 11:00 at the latest. It is recommended that you use the "Message" box on the booking form to advise of your estimated time of arrival. Outside this time slot, arrivals are only possible with our agreement.
Children and extra beds All children are welcome. All children under the age of 2 are hosted free in their baby cots. Older children and adults will be billed 20 € per night per person for extra bunk beds.
Prepayment We do not ask for prepayments.
VAT, local taxes and service charges VAT is included. service charges are included. Local taxes amount to 1.15 € per day per person.
